   LA INTRUSA is a contemporary artistic creation company formed in 1996 by Virginia García and Damián Muñoz, creators and artistic directors. They create, direct and produce audiovisual and stage projects. They combine their own creations with choreographic commissions, theatrical collaborations and advertising.

Receives the "National Dance Prize 2015":

   "His excellence in research in contemporary dance, delving into the physicality and scenic poetry that is so identifying of his work and its permeability to integrate new artistic languages that contribute to the growth of the stage act."

  His teaching work in prestigious schools and national and international choreographic centers stands out.

    His creations have been represented in more than 30 countries. They have received national and international awards for both their stage and audiovisual creations.

- MAX 2009 Award for Best Male Dance Interpreter in the play "Staff" (Damián Muñoz).

- Ciutat de Barcelona Prize 2004 for the work "Olelés".

- Finalists in the first edition of the DANSACAT Awards in the category of "Professional Recognition".

- Special mention of the jury Visual Sound Barcelona Festival 2006 for the video-dance "El engaño en los ojos".

- Special mention of the jury FIVAD Festival 2006 for the video-dance "El engaño en los ojos".

- First prize Choreographic Contest of Maspalomas- Canary Islands 2002 for the work 79 STEPS

- Prize for the best show for "Olelés" at the Huesca Fair 2005.

- First Prize Madrid Choreographic Competition 2005 for the work "Meltemi" for the company Experimentadanza

- First prize in the Madrid Choreographic Competition 1999 for the work "Ainiele" (Virginia García).

- First prize in the Madrid Choreographic Competition 1995 for the work "Cuando me des un respiro" (Damián Muñoz).
